Multifaceted program to address food insecurity and generational poverty 1. Financial literacy education for 4th, 8th and 11th grades in 8 public schools 2. Assist packing food bags during school holidays for students with food insecurity 3. Food preparation station in Dunsmuir community garden for community resource center educational events 4. Portable public address system for community resource center to use for educational events 5. Enclosed trailer to transport equipment for community resource center educational events 6. Partner with local non-profit (Great Northern Services) to supply school snack pantries in 6 local schools. Snacks are for during school.
