Rotary Engineering is a program developed and supported by Hercules Rotarians who are passionate about engineering, education, and community. In partnership with local schools our goals include; – To promote “handed-ness†by providing hands-on, project-based learning experiences to our community, but most especially to our young people and students. – To create community spaces where tinkers, makers, artists, students, and learners can work on projects together. – To improve our community’s awareness and understanding of STEM by sharing knowledge and expertise. – To build a community of tinkers, makers, artists, students, and learners so we can have fun together. Note: The Scaling Rotary Engineering Project has been presented to BARSHEEP Clubs. BARSHEEP clubs are being asked to support and contribute to the project.
