This project will serve adults who live or work in Contra Costa County and need literacy instruction by providing updated, research-based instructional materials to serve both students with dyslexia and English as a Second Language (ESL) students. The materials that Project Second Chance (PSC) is currently using to serve both of these populations are in need of updating to better meet the needs of the students.
