Hope Solutions heals the effects of poverty and homelessness by providing permanent housing solutions and vital support services to highly vulnerable families and individuals. Homework Club helps close the achievement gap and set students up for success by becoming a Homework Club volunteer at one of our four Homework Clubs located in Pleasant Hill, Concord, Pittsburg, and Bay Point. This project will provide Hope Solutions Homework Club students with technology so they can do their homework during the shelter in home order and beyond. This will involve purchasing 20 Chromebooks and 72 noise reductions headphones for children living in the low-income housing subsidized by Hope Solutions. This project fits into both the Education and COVID-19 Areas of Focus.
