Beyond District 5160
Rotary Youth Exchange goes beyond our Clubs and our District. It’s a truly international program that spans more than 100 countries, under the auspices of Rotary International.
District 5160 is a member of Western States Student Exchange – WESSEX for short – a cooperative organization for Rotary Youth Exchange programs in 16 Districts.
One of our WESSEX partners, District 5180, further shares resources with District 5160 (and vice versa) through Multi-District cooperation.
WESSEX members also participate in the North American Youth Exchange Network – NAYEN – encompassing 167 Rotary Districts in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Rotary International, a global group of more than 1.4 million members, provides oversight and support.
