To establish a Domestic Violence Legal Clinic (DVLC) at Diablo Valley College. (Legal Clinic) This legal clinic will provide free legal resources for endangered persons (primarily women) in need due to domestic violence. The DVLC will also provide instruction to others within the community on how to complete Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) in assisting people who need to apply for them due to a domestic violence situation. In addition, the DVLC will provide free legal information related to other legal areas such as immigration and evictions.
