ROTARY CLUB QUALIFICATION

FOR ROTARY CLUBS IN DISTRICT 5160

The club must:

1.  Agree to implement and sign the MOU for clubs.

2.  Be current on its dues, in good standing with the District and RI.

3.  Be current on its tax returns.

4.  Have established a goal and contributed to the annual fund for

the current year.

5.  Require, at a minimum, the President-elect and Foundation

Chair to attend a District Foundation Grants Seminar.

6.  Appoint Club Foundation Chair to a 3-year term.

7.  Be current on all District and Foundation grants (reports,

financial, close out).

8.  Complete the Planning Guide for Effective Rotary Clubs

9. Complete the Club Leadership Plan Worksheet (modified to

Include MOU requirements).
