Vista users, please save Word docs as doc, NOT docx. That also saves time.

We will work with whatever you send in. Your submittals will be edited to fit the format.

You are invited to have the long story on your club website where we can link to it.

BE BRIEF. Tell your BIG story crisply in the first paragraph and build out from there.

AVOID  head shots and group shots of folks looking into the camera.

Photos of people DOING SOMETHING are best. Presentations may be OK. A photo of the reason for the presentation might be better if the photo is self explanatory.  Oh, keep in mind that those email photos are itty bitty, 300 or 400 pixels tops.

The district newsletter goes out monthly around the first. Deadline is the 20th of the month before.
